We are recruiting for a Site Finance Business Partner at our Manchester Dairy. The role will be split between office and home working.

**Role Purpose**: As a key member of the site leadership team the purpose of this role is to provide financial decision making to support to the dairy and to act as finance lead in driving improvements in dairy performance. You will ensure site budgets, capital investments and three-year plans are optimised and to business partner the site lead.

**Reports to**:Senior Financial Controller

**Direct Reports**: n/a,

**Location**:Manchester Dairy
_, travel requirement - 5%_

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the operational financial reporting of the dairy (weekly & monthly) with insightful commentary on performance supported by detailed variance analysis to drive site performance.
- Key member of the site leadership team with the ability to challenge constructively.
- Work closely with the opex & operational teams to review & deliver on our cost out initiatives.
- Responsible for the budgeting, forecasting & product costing on SAP.
- Work closely with group projects & operational teams to ensure that capex projects are reviewed & robust from a financial POV.
- Business partner the site lead & senior leadership team.

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Qualified Accountant with 2+ yrs. PQA
- Proven Experience in FMCG
- Ability to operate at all levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage and influence
- Self-starter with the ability to business partner and influence decision making within site leadership team.
- Needs to be a team player, but capable of working on own initiative, developing skills in new areas
