Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Analyst to join our team at Partner Group as a Commercial Finance Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our business units to drive growth and reduce risk.
Key Responsibilities- Business Partnering: Work closely with the business unit to actively drive growth and reduce risk by identifying key insights and emerging trends.
- Management Reporting: Own the management reporting process and collaborate with senior leadership across other brands to share best practice and insights that might impact the wider business.
- Financial Insight: Act as a key advisor to the business unit through financial insight and data, helping to continually challenge assumptions.
- Analysis and Comprehension: Lead the enhancements in the analysis and comprehension of the investment in CapEx and OpEx.
- Business Cases: Develop robust business cases to support sizable investments and projects.
- Forecasting: Develop regular forecasts that accurately predict performance based on trends and drivers.
- Budgeting: Own the budgeting process and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure this is done in a timely manner.
- KPI Development: Partner with senior leadership to define and develop appropriate KPIs for the business.
- Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with demonstrated PQE.
- Experience: Proven track record of building business cases.
- Skills: Strong communications skills with the ability to influence upwards.
- Desirable: Previous experience business partnering across a Tech-focussed directorate with a thorough understanding of their associated KPIs.
