About Us: Partner Group is a leading company in the consumer goods industry, undergoing a commercial overhaul to establish itself as a leader in its market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Growth and Reduce Risk: Work closely with the business unit to identify key insights and emerging trends, actively driving growth and reducing risk.
  • Management Reporting: Own the management reporting process, collaborating with senior leadership across other brands to share best practice and insights that impact the wider business.
  • Financial Insight and Data: Act as a key advisor to the business unit through financial insight and data, helping to continually challenge assumptions.
  • Analysis and Comprehension: Lead the enhancements in the analysis and comprehension of the investment in CapEx and OpEx.
  • Business Cases: Develop robust business cases to support sizable investments and projects.
  • Forecasts: Develop regular forecasts that accurately predict performance based on trends and drivers.
  • Budgeting: Own the budgeting process, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure this is done in a timely manner.
  • KPIs: Partner with senior leadership to define and develop appropriate KPIs for the business.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with demonstrated PQE.
  • Experience: Proven track record of building business cases.
  • Skills: Strong communications skills with the ability to influence upwards.
  • Desirable: Previous experience business partnering across a Tech-focussed directorate with a thorough understanding of their associated KPIs.
