**Event Staff**

Cefn Tilla Court is a looking for enthusiastic Event Staff to join our rapidly expanding team in Usk. We are a family-owned wedding venue based within Lord Raglan's country house, dating from the mid-19th century and originating from 1616. We are a highly popular venue with both couples and vendors due to our dedication to the wedding and sporting industries.

We are looking for team members who are passionate about providing an exceptional experience for our couples and clients. At Cefn Tilla we believe in forging strong bonds with our colleagues, vendors and clients to ensure we deliver the best experience every time. We need people with the below qualities to help us to continue providing consistent high service

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the venue and grounds
- Work with other team members to ensure that events run smoothly
- Work with the event manager to ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and placed accordingly
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, break room, restrooms, and other event areas
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Skills**:

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with others under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Service and bar experience an advantage but not entirely necessary

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
