HR and Administrative Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing administrative tasks including but not limited to reception duties, office supplies procurement, facilities management and vendor relationship
- Coordinate and schedule meetings / appointments for the management
- Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborate with the team for recruitment and onboarding processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders
- Provide general HR and administrative support to the team
- Assist with ad hoc projects assigned by the senior management
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Proven experience in similar human resources and administrative role
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and the team
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Chinese is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
