**Job Description
Temporary Accommodation Management Officer (Grade 6 - £34,341- £37,725 pa ) 1 Year Fixed Term Contract/Secondment Opportunity**

To provide a high quality housing management service which deals with tenancy matters to homeless households living in private sector leased (PSL) temporary accommodation. Be an advocate and champion for the local housing service to your local patch. Support people to sustain their homes and quality of life. Provide advice for safeguarding and health and well-being on a wide range of issues including housing, welfare rights, personal finance, hoarding, tenancy management, mediation, life skills and the promotion of personal independence.
Act as the principle point of contact for a local area, estate or patch or group of residents so that the environment and condition that residents experience is high quality and well maintained.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our busy PSL management team within the Housing Demand Service. You must have excellent customer care, experience in housing services and excellent time management skills dealing with conflicting priorities. You will be part of a team providing help and support, tenancy management (including anti social behaviour) and housing options advice to our residents in PSL temporary accommodation. This position requires access to a vehicle and full valid UK driving licence.
