We are looking for a Corporates Affairs Executive to join us on a 12 month fixed term basis, based in London / Remote.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Affairs and based in London, the Corporate Affairs Executive will help to build Together’s corporate reputation with a range of key external stakeholders including media, investors, bankers, research analysts and policymakers to support the Group’s business objectives.

Working closely with the C Suite and colleagues in Treasury, Marketing, PR, Internal Communications and across the wider business, the Corporate Affairs Manager will help to embed Together’s purpose, vision and corporate narrative and to deliver a numberof key Group projects including quarterly results reporting, Annual Report, fund raisings, successful participation in conferences in the UK, Europe and North America and public policy engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Corporate Affairs in delivering the Corporate Affairs strategy and plan;
- Build the Group’s profile with key stakeholders, bringing Together’s purpose and vision to life and ensuring the narrative is consistently reflected through corporate and investor communications;
- Manage key Group projects including: Quarterly results (drafting external and internal announcements; developing investor presentations, scripts and Q&A; coordinating the results conference calls; managing media outreach); Annual Report (contributing todrafting of the Strategic Report, Sustainability Report and design concepts; working closely with Group Finance, Company Secretarial, Treasury, Marketing and other business units); coordinating Investor days, events and annual surveys; developing the Investorwebsite; managing participation in key bond, ABS and other investor conferences; supporting Together’s fund raising activities; and supporting the Group’s public policy engagement programme;
- Enhance and manage relationships with key media including financial, business and capital markets editors, correspondents and commentators, including 'Introduction to Together’ briefings, creating and utilising thought leadership platforms to establishrelationships and build profile and positive reputation to support business objectives;
- Strengthen relationships with investors, bankers, advisors, debt and equity research analysts, peers and other key stakeholders in London;
- Help manage key advisor relationships including the Group’s reputational PR agency, Public Policy advisor, Investor website agency, Annual Report designers, Results call provider, conference organisers, RNS and event venues suppliers as required;
- Support and manage responses in the event of potential Group reputational issues.

**Qualifications**

Experience
- Confident graduate with experience in corporate / external affairs, financial PR and / or investor relations, ideally including experience gained in a leading London-based agency;
- Strong oral communication, corporate writing, analytical, research and presentation skills
- Well-organised and motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic and evolving environment - equally comfortable working remotely or office-based as required;
- Willingness to travel if required (role based in London but head office in North West England and possibly some international travel);
- Collegiate, punctual, adaptable and flexible, with a good eye for detail;
- Excellent Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills.
