**Location: London Southwark (Average of 1 to 2 days per week office based per week, remaining days remote working)**

**What will you be doing?**
- Diary management for two Heads of department for both internal and external engagement.
- Produce presentations for senior internal and external audiences.
- Manage specific projects and events linked to the Directorate strategy.
- Drafting briefings for external engagement.
- Manage the budget processes for the leadership team.
- Manage reporting against key metrics - Brandwatch, RepTrak etc.
- Work across the directorate to support internal and external engagement ensuring that activity is coordinated with other key business functions across Vodafone and with external stakeholders.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Some experience of working in corporate affairs linked organisations in Whitehall, Parliament, in-house or a consultancy.
- Interest in current affairs.
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Good ICT skills including ability to create compelling ppt presentations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
