**External Cleaner**

**Based in Southampton covering the South of England**

**Salary: £26,500 - £28,600 per annum**

**Monday to Friday**

Our client is a property maintenance and cleaning company that provides a range of services to commercial and residential clients in the UK. Their services include external cleaning, maintenance and repairs, painting and decorating, and facilities management. They Pride themselves on delivering high-quality services with attention to detail, and are committed to providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- empty guttering with vacuum
- reach and wash window operating a cleaning
- Working on system soffits and fascias and cladding
- undertake chemical render cleaning
- roof cleaning (must be okay with heights)

**Requirements;**
- Previous experience in external cleaning is desirable but not essential
- A full, clean UK driving licence is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work at height and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy equipment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,500.00-£28,600.00 per year
