Finance Administrator

Are you passionate about working for a growing innovative company? Pure Chelmsford have a fantastic opportunity for a bright and analytical Finance Administrator looking to join their busy team in Bishop’s Stortford.
The role will be responsible for maintaining an accurate record of the cost control function.**Essential Duties**:
- Recording costs accurately and efficiently.
- Processing “goods received” notes and entering them onto accounts software
- Completing cost reports
- Entering internal recharges and pre-purchases as advised.
- Obtaining supplier credits when the invoice quantity is incorrect
- Obtaining proof of delivery when needed
- Investigating all invoice queries.
- Ad-hoc admin duties.
- Dealing with suppliers and wider business to ensure costing documents are completed in a timely manner
- Regular meetings with the Financial Controller and Procurement Manager.
**Required**:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience within a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Suite including Excel
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
