We are searching for an experience administrator to join a payout team in Bishop's Stortford. Please note, finance administration experience is NOT essential.
**Duties include**:
- Confirm all paperwork is collated in order for accounts to pay out, ensuring all information is updated on their inhouse system.
- liasing with suppliers and customers
- liasising with head office to ensure new agreements are processed in a timely manner
- Resolve document queries (i.e address checks, direct debit information)
- Reschedule agreements
- Scanning and sending files
- updating the internal system
- general enquiries
- Changing direct debit mandates and terms of lease queries
- Lisaing with suppliers and sales to resolve any queries relating to finance documents
- Complete due dilligence checks
- Prioritise workload
**Requirements**:
- Previous administration experience within professional services
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Strong worth ethic
- Self-motivated
