** Immidiate start - 5 days a week onsite in central Nottingham - DBS will be required**

Working within a fast-paced international environment, you will provide administrative support in our Nottingham subsidiary. This includes preparation of correspondence, support of sales and operations tasks. You will be responsible for travel booking, co-ordination of meetings and other ad hoc organisational / administrative assistance. Highly organised and efficient, the role will also ensure that health & safety, data protection compliance, ESG, document processing, and office inventory are maintained.

Full training on hardware, software and processes will be provided.

**Job Requirements**:

- Highly organised and diligent attention to detail
- Flexible and self-motivated

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Previous experience in an Administrative role would be advantageous
- Professional, flexible and able to prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good attention to detail, and accurate record keeping
- Computer literacy, especially proficient in MS-office (Excel, Word, Outlook**)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
