On Air Dining is a multi award winning hospitality business providing high end catering to the private aviation and event industries. We produce exquisite food from our facility based in the leafy suburb of Church Crookham in Hampshire, by a passionate kitchen team and delivered by our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles.

We’re not an average hospitality business: we produce meals for clients ranging from A-List celebrities to Head of State and Royal Families. No day is ever the same and you’ll get to work alongside a talented, friendly and experienced team.

This is an exciting, fast paced job that is perfect for an ambitious individual looking to build their career in a prestigious industry. You’ll be the first point of call with our customers and work with our kitchen and logistics team to the point they are loaded onto the jet.

**What you’ll do**
- Ensure timely and courteous responses to client communication.
- Liaise with kitchen team to ensure accurate preparation of client’s meals and requests.
- Liaise with the logistics team to arrange timely and cost-effective deliveries of orders.
- Manage invoicing of new orders and chasing payment of outstanding invoices.
- Support the sales team by upselling throughout the process to maximise profitability and deliver more value for our customers.
- Adhere to strict security protocols to ensure we maintain Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the Department for Transportation standards.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Somebody who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high quality of work.
- Good project management skills: each order is treated like a mini project.
- An individual who is proactive and takes the initiative to coordinate a range of different personalities across the kitchen and logistics teams
- Have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
- We’re regulated by the CAA so require a 5 year checkable work history as part of our referencing process.

**What we offer**
- Basic salary of £30k.
