**Your future plans**
To strengthen our dynamic team and to expand our project management competencies, we are looking for qualified & experienced Project Management Office (PMO) experts (M/F/t). As a PMO expert (M/F/t), you will play a key role in the successful implementation of projects throughout the company and thus make a significant contribution to the value chain of RWE Technology International GmbH (RWE TI).
- Development and continuous improvement of project management methods, processes and tools for the efficient handling of projects
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, e.g. by implementing and maintaining project management software / tools to improve PM budgeting, tracking, reporting and performance measurement
- Support in the development and implementation of a governance framework including best practices and standards
- Support in conducting project audits to check compliance with project management standards and identify potential for improvement
- Training of project teams as well as mentoring of junior PMO staff, thus fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Productisation of PMO services according to customer feedback and project needs Bringing innovation & industry trends to improve project delivery
- **Your powerful skills**
- Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, business administration or similar
- Project management certifications such as PMP or IPMA
- At least 3 years experience as PMO expert
- Extensive knowledge of process and project management methods, tools and techniques (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, ARIS)
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound experience in the use of project management software/tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira Confluence, Primavera) Business fluent in English
