**JOB TITLE: Office Assistant**
We are looking for a **Office Assistant** to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the office administration amongst other general duties.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Filing documents
- Contacting local fabric supplies
- Ensure work areas are maintained
- Customer enquiries
- Mail sorting
- Switchboard operation and diverting calls to relevant departments
- General administration duties
**Personal attributes**
- Fluency in Turkish and English.
- Digitally savvy and proficient in MS office programmes (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Able to multitask and work efficiently
- Fast learner
- Good written English skills
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills both over the telephone, via skype/teams calls and face to face.
- A high level of organisation
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Ability to work on your own but also as part of a team
**WORK PLACE & TRAVEL**
- Showroom Unit Mon - Fri (occasional weekends if required for event/exhibitions).
- Ability work remotely from home few days in a week.
- Driving license will be useful ,mobile & laptop will be provided.
