**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient project operations.

Access Events is a young dynamic and fast growing Event Branding company with our main area being in major sporting events.

The company is also launching its own large scale Winter Light Trail event this year which is the start of a new business sector.

We are looking for a Project Administrator with event delivery experience. Special focus will be on event branding experience. The position involves project support including print & production co-ordination, team logistics support, project timeline incorporation and works schedule management. You will be required to learn about large format print and will visit suppliers and venues.

**Duties**:

- Utilize project management software and excel sheets / charts
- Coordinate and organize between web designers, external marketing companies and ticketing partner
- Assist with implementation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Print & production co-ordination
- Assist in data entry and report generation
- Coordinate project meetings and take meeting minutes
- Support project managers in various tasks to ensure project success
- On site event support & co-ordination

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in administrative tasks and office procedures
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with computerized systems for data management
- Excellent clerical skills including typing and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with Google Suite, SharePoint & docs for document management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
- Events: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
