Our client is looking for a new Sales Associate to join their team in London and help them move their existing customers to the latest communications technology, offering them the best customer service.

Our client is a unified communications company, trading since 2008, they have helped thousands of businesses with their voice and internet communications.
They are looking for a Sales Associate to maintain existing relationships, upselling and upgrading them to the latest and most efficient products and services.
The key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Achieve sales goals
- upselling, upgrading, building customer retention and taking on new customers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ongoing and pro-active learning of our client’s new products and services
- Processing customer orders
- Resolving customer queries and complaints
- Tracking customer service metrics and feedback
- Building strategies to improve the overall customer experience
- Worked in the Telecommunications industry (preferable but not essential)
- Held a similar sales role for 3-5 years with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Offers exceptional customer service
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Exceptional influencing, negotiation and problem solving abilities
- Remains calm under pressure
- IT literate
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
