Job Summary:

Shutterstock is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will participate in a structured training program designed to develop essential sales skills and provide a comprehensive understanding of Shutterstock's business model and product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Complete the Sales Associate training program, integrating key elements from the new sales hires onboarding program.
  2. Master core sales skills: crafting impactful messaging, conducting insightful discovery, handling objections, and honing focus and prioritization skills.
  3. Narrate Shutterstock's content journey internally and to external audiences proficiently.
  4. Build trusted relationships and credibility with stakeholders across the sales organization.
  5. Conduct content audits and analyze usage reports during role rotations to develop strategic account expansion plans and identify new business opportunities.
  6. Participate in a role rotation within sales teams to apply acquired skills in a dynamic environment.
  7. Demonstrate exceptional performance in role rotations to be considered for potential future opportunities within the Enterprise sales organization.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of high-performance in a Sales role (SDR/BDR and/or full sales cycle).
  2. Consistently surpass performance targets, showcasing a commitment to excellence.
  3. Display strong motivation for a sales career, embracing diverse learning opportunities for success.
  4. Excel in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, showcasing adaptability as a strength. Flexibility to work between home and office with everything you need to be successful in both.
