Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager this role is an integral part of the Compliance Team within AJW's operations. The Lead Inventory Compliance Executive is responsible for the management and compliance of the inventory data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness within Quantum.

**What you'll be doing**
- To make sure that the stock we deal in is ‘compliant’ and to the most cost-effective modification standard and to ensure that we have the ‘right part, in the right place’.
- Monitor cyclic audits and physical inventory counts and rectify accordingly e.g. variance reconciliation and assisting with external auditors and subsequent findings.
- Understand financial controls relating to stock management and able to guide the business on efficient methods relating to the financial control of stock assets and operational information about customer performance.
- Ensure quality requirements are in line with regulations and procedures, including shelf life and scraping.
- Undertake multiple projects relating to Inventory optimization and accuracy.

**About you**
- Strong understanding of airworthiness fundamentals and technical documentation. Manages the acquisition and maintenance of all technical materials associated with the fleet e.g., RSPLs, IPC/IPL, SBs, P/N set up, and interchangeability.
- Strong awareness understands the impact on the business as well as basic formal regulations and requirements.
- Demonstrates ability to recognise gaps in the process or quality issues outside of own area of operation and escalate to appropriate stakeholders with proposed solutions.
- Ability to understand complex inventory and quality processes/procedures and deploy them within the business.
- Understands inventory control and data structure
- Strong IT knowledge and an advanced user of Microsoft Office packages.
- Knowledge of programs such as Quantum, Oracle, Jira, or AMOS would be very beneficial to the role.
