Positive Employment is currently recruiting for an Infrastructure Principal planner based in the Enfield area.

The successful post holder will comprise a mix of duties from business development and client liaison to project delivery and team management. The sector is incredibly busy at the moment and demand for established and ambitious principal town planners is at an all time high.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **To develop, maintain and progress quality project plans / schedules**:

- **in line with the functional processes and project requirements.**:

- **Maintain key interdependencies between projects and programmes confirming appropriate monitoring and action is undertaken as required in a timely manner.**

**Personal Requirements**:

- **Number years experience of working on S106 projects at senior level**:

- **Able to work independently and think proactively**:

- **Experience of managing day to day work of junior staff**:

- **Experience of project management**:

- **Any relevant qualifications**

**WORKING HOURS AND RATE**:

- Mon - Fri, 09:00-17:30 35hrs p/w
- Rate: £39.99 p/h

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £39.99 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Town Planning: 3 years (preferred)
