**Accounts Payable Administrator**

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger Clerk?

We are supporting a leading manufacturing organisation who have been based in **Newcastle-under-Lyme** for nearly 20 years. This business continues grow and excel in their area of expertise and within their global group structure.

As the **Accounts Payable Administrator**, you will be providing support during a period of transition within the Finance team, as they switch their accounting system over to SAP. Your focus will be on the current system, however there is theopportunity to become involved with the accounting transition project during your contract.

**Please note**: This is a 6-month contract role.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

- Processing of supplier invoices, approximately 400 per month
- Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies
- Following up on supplier queries
- Administering the Finance mailbox
- Support a project to transition from the current Accounts Payable system to SAP

**Experience Required**
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger role
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to work across different functions and locations
