The business also has 'Growing Systems' equipment sale subsidiaries in Germany, USA, Mexico, South Africa, Poland, China and further afield, with sales in over 40 countries.

Listed in 2011 as in the _‘Fastest 500’_ companies in the EU in terms of growing employment; in 2012 in the Sunday Times ‘Fastest growing in international sales in the UK’; and in 2017 as Herefordshire and Worcestershire's 'Exporter of the Year'; this medium-sized practical business is exciting, complex, and in a fast fresh industry. **The Role**

The Level 1 Husbandry Team Leader will assume responsibility for leading a team of 10-15 husbandry workers. This role involves ensuring timely completion of all husbandry tasks as outlined in the weekly operational plan, while prioritising key performance indicators such as quality, speed, cost, safety, employee motivation, and innovation. Additionally, meeting or exceeding the agreed budget is essential.

- Effective communication and collaboration with colleagues at all levels
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant computer skills
- Tractor operating skills (preferred but not mandatory)
- Valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory)

This role requires someone who can effectively manage a team while also actively participating in the husbandry tasks. A proactive leader with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency in horticultural operations

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
