**Office Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
Join our dynamic team as an Office Assistant in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide essential support in administrative tasks and office operations. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform tasks such as data entry, clerical duties, and utilizing Google Suite and CRM.
- Assist in documents, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain tasks including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Demonstrate excellent skills by scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.
- Answer phones professionally with proper and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer software for and basic accounting tasks.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, QuickBooks, and other office productivity tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

Part of the job will be done from the office while we will also ask you to travel to diffrent location within central London

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,460.00-£23,653.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
