An exciting role has arisen to join a community-guided organisation, with an ambitious and exciting vision in the heart of West London. This newly created HR Administrator role will provide extensive support to a small and busy department and provide generalist support across the Charity.

This role will be on a 4 day per week basis.

Your duties will include:

- First point of contact for handling HR administrative enquiries
- Provide full administrative support for the recruitment and on-boarding of new starters
- Assist with the offboarding process of employees
- Prepare various HR documents, including probation and employment offer letters
- Work closely with the HRBP to manage staff appraisal processes
- Maintain employee records and databases
- Provide administrative support on employee relation matters
- Responsible for maintaining and updating staff training records
- Minute taking in HR meetings
- Support the Office Manager
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar HR Administration role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of Microsoft Office
