**The Role - Learning Support Assistant
**For this role, we are actively recruiting for Learning Support Assistants who are keen to work with students in Primary school with Special Educational Needs. The role will require you to work closely with students who have been diagnosed on the AutisticSpectrum and have learning difficulties. You will need to build a rapport with the students by providing academic and emotional support, encouraging them to take a proactive approach to their learning and social skills. Due to the students' needs, the idealLearning Support Assistant will need to have experience working with children or young people who have Autism and learning difficulties. **This role requires a long-term commitment on a full-time basis.
SEN School - Learning Support Assistant
**This SEN school is located in Southall, Ealing and caters to students between the ages of 4-22 who have been diagnosed with various Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. They currently have 96 students who attend the schooland an Ofsted rating of 'Outstanding' from their last inspection in October 2021.
