We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant with experience in personal care to join our team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing care and support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities. This will include personal care duties such as assisting with toileting, feeding, and hygiene.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting students with learning difficulties or disabilities in a classroom setting.
- Providing personal care, including toileting, feeding, and hygiene.
- Developing and implementing personalized learning plans in collaboration with teachers and therapists.
- Supporting students in their emotional and social development.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with individuals with learning difficulties or disabilities.
- Experience providing personal care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work with students of all ages and abilities.
- Compassionate and patient nature.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
