**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing one-to-one support to students with special educational needs.
- Supporting students with their academic and personal development.
- Providing assistance to the class teacher during lessons.
- Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment for students.
- Implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviour.
- Supporting students during lunch and break times.
- Assisting with personal care needs as required.
**Requirements**:
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Knowledge of relevant teaching strategies and approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
