Job Overview:
**Job Summary and Key Responsibilities**:
The position of Lettings negotiator will involve assisting the property manager/ branch manager. You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering first class customer service and communication.

**Duties will include**:

- Identifying new business opportunities
- Key point of contact for landlord and tenants.
- You will need to be self motivated and able to work independently.
- Conducting property viewings and handling property offers
- Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
- Communicating between the administration team and property managers
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Building strong relationships internally and externally with clients, contractors, tenants and landlords.

**Skills required**:

- Prior experience work experience within the industry essential
- Good local knowledge of Swindon and surrounding areas
- Excellent sales ability.
- High level of customer service skills and administrative skills.
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
- The ability to negotiate.
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
- Be responsive to change.
- A full UK driving license and car required

**Hours**: Monday
- Friday 9am
- 5.30pm (Saturdays on a rota basis with a day off in the week)

Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
