Contracts Administrator, New Malden, £25,000 per annum, Hybrid Working
**Your new role**
In your new role you will be supporting the Managed Services Contracts Manager in ensuring the business meets its compliance obligations around payroll and employment rules. In your new role your key responsibilities will include:

- Working with 3rd parties to collect and organise historic documents.
- Manage the SharePoint document depository.
- Dealing with requests in the shared inbox.
- Preparing data for review for the team and the Tax Department.
- Dealing with any queries and feedback.
- Collecting compliance information.
- Attending onsite audits with the Managed Services Contracts Manager (MSCM).

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful you will need strong administration skills and to be comfortable working with reports and data. You will need strong IT skills including Excel and SharePoint and excellent communication skills to liaise with 3rd parties and internalstakeholders. It would be beneficial for you to have an understanding on payroll processes and Employment Tax regulations for Temporary workers.
