Ward Security is looking for a committed Loading Bay Officer to become a valuable member of our team based at 80 Fenchurch Street - located in London’s famous financial square mile within walking distance to Aldgate and historic Spitalfields.

**Position**: Loading Bay Officer

**Pay rate**: £12.88 per hour

**Shift Pattern**: 7 on 3 off 7 on 4 off days and nights

**Location**: 80 Fenchurch Street EC3M 4BT

**Must have**:

- Valid SIA licence
- Cooperate Security experience minimum 1 year
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Basic IT Skills.

**Duties**:

- Maintain security and access control to the loading bay area
- Ensure deliveries are received in a timely manner and that the relevant documentation is kept update
- Identify any potential issues and communicate effectively to prevent misunderstandings.
- Conduct regular H&S audits and escalate any concerns to the Site Manager
- Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly and take appropriate action
- Ensure the loading bay users keep the loading bays tidy and restrict themselves to their working areas and keep their bins and cages in their allocated areas.
- Any other duties that the Company may request from time to time that have not been included in the above.
