**Loading Bay Officer-Sancroft**

We are looking for experienced Loading Bay Officers to join our team in London, Sancroft. Smart appearance, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are all key for this position.

**Position**: Loading Bay Officer

**Pay rate**: £ 13.50 per hour

**Shift Pattern**: 4 on, 4 off (days, nights)

**Location**:10-15 Newgate Street, Sancroft, EC1A 7HD

**Must have**:

- Valid SIA licence
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Loading Bay experience -minimum 1 year
- Excellent Organisational and Time Management skills
- Administration skills

**Duties**:

- Maintain security and access control to the loading bay area.
- Ensure deliveries are received in a timely manner and that the relevant documentation is kept updated.
- Identify any potential issues and communicate effectively to prevent misunderstandings.
- Conduct regular H&S audits and escalate any concerns to the Site Manager
- Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly and take appropriate action.
- Ensure the loading bay users keep the loading bays tidy and restrict themselves to their working areas and keep their bins and cages in their allocated areas.
- Any other duties that the Company may request from time to time that have not been included in the above.
