Exciting Temp-to-Perm Opportunity: Customer Service Administrator

Are you searching for a temporary role that has the potential to turn into a permanent position? Look no further We are offering a Temp-to-Perm Customer Service Administrator role that can lead to a long-term career with my client.

We have just taken on a brand new role from one of our longest-standing clients based outside of Kings Hill. This company, who are well-established market leaders in their field, have seen significant growth over the last few years and are continuing to further that expansion by adding to their fun, welcoming and supportive team

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in customer-orientated roles, and has developed strong communication skills, combined with adept problem solving skills and a positive 'can-do' attitude.

As a Customer Services Administrator, you will have incredibly varied days, working in a cross-departmental role, involving some of the following duties:

- Managing relationships with some of the companies biggest accounts
- Submitting quotes and providing technical advice to clients
- Planning, scheduling and ensuring products and shipments reach customer in the quickest and most cost efficient way possible
- Processing payments
- Meeting with customers and suppliers
