We are currently recruiting for a **Customer Service Administrator **on behalf of our clients based in **Cradley Heath.**
The **Customer Service Administrator **will be working with the customer service team, providing a high standard of service ensuring all deliveries are made successfully and on time.
This is a full time position working **Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 5pm** and **Friday 9am to 3:30pm**.
**Job Duties will include;**
- Processing sales orders
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Ensuring deliveries will be and are made succesfully and ontime in full
- Working alongside despatch teams
- Invoicing and scanning orders
- Running end of days reports
- Dealing with transportation of goods
- Handling paperwork for customer returns and raising credit notes
- Dealing with any customer complaints
- Checking off freight invoices
- Carry out any further relevant tasks requested by management
**Skills & Experience required;**
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Experience within a similar role with customer experience
- Organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Accurate
The rate of pay starts at £9.50ph with an increase in April and an immediate start is available.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 weeks
**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
