Customer Service Administrator – Kent

Opportunity:


Are you the Customer Service Administrator my client is looking for? Do you have experience in interacting directly with customers or patients via phone and email? Do you possess strong IT and administration skills? If so, then this is the perfect role for you.

As a Customer Service Administrator located in Kent, your main responsibility will be to serve as the primary point of contact for all customers regarding drug products via phone and email.


Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Processing drug orders, creating internal order files, and generating quotations and statements of work.
  • Organizing labeling and all shipping documentation.
  • Generating invoices for customers.
  • Coordinating with couriers for the import and export of drug orders.
  • Finalizing internal order files to ensure all necessary documentation is complete, correctly signed off, and scanned into Oracle.
  • Handling all administrative tasks associated with the role (e.g., photocopying, faxing, coordinating couriers for customers).
  • Deputizing and performing duties for other team members during their absence.
  • Managing incoming calls, addressing and documenting inquiries.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

This is a 6-month contract position located in Kent, with a potential for extension or permanent placement depending on performance and candidate suitability.

The PAYE rate offered is £12.30 per hour.

Skills:
To qualify for the Customer Service Administrator position, candidates must possess the following skills:

  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, or patient-focused roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities (e.g., professional telephone etiquette).
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office.
