The Accounts Administrator will be working for a successful company that provide technology solutions to a wide range of customers across the UK and Europe and whom pride themselves on offering a bespoke and consultative service.
As the Accounts Administrator, you will help assist in the smooth running of the accounts department and some of your key responsibilities will include.
- New Contract Processing
- Setting up customer and supplier accounts on internal systems
- Issue invoices/credit notes and send them to customers/suppliers
- Proactively resolve invoice queries
- Issue account statements
- Update of customer's fees
- Assist customers with how to use a commission settlement system, provide them with training and answer their queries
The position of Accounts Administrator would be well suited to an individual who has previously worked as an Accounts Administrator, Accounts Assistant or to someone who has had exposure to some basic accounts duties. The company have an approachable and supportiveteam culture, so moreover is an individual with a positive, friendly disposition who is keen to learn and wants to make a valuable contribution to the growth of the company.
This is a permanent full time position although part time hours may be considered, working a minimum of 3 full days.
Based at their modern recently reburbished office in Witney, the office is easily commutable from Carterton, Burford, Long Hanborough, Swindon, Faringdon, Abingdon.
