Sales Support Administrator

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual with relevant administration skills yet willing to enhance their knowledge in a rapidly changing environment.

Previous experience in the IT industry is not essential as IME will provide all sales and technical training on all the products and services we supply.

**Main Duties**
- Processing received orders as quickly as possible to prevent any delays in meeting customer deadlines
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
- Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
- Recording sales and quotation information on to the company computer system
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
- Logistics tasks such as producing shipping labels, tracking and confirming shipments
- Booking of same day couriers and keeping customers updated on progress

You should be comfortable working as part as a team and able to use your own initiative.

Inventory Management Europe is a fast growing IT business providing IT hardware solutions for refurbished equipment, break/fix contracts, technical support, training, (de)commissioning, etc.

This role will support both our UK and French companies so a French speaker to a reasonable standard would be an advantage but not essential.

Salary will be dependant on experience.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
