Property Administrator Part Time Bradford

We are a Property Company owning and operating residential properties throughout the North West. This position is in our modern Bradford Office with parking facilities. That office is a separate building located in the grounds of one of our properties comprising 119 flats.
We are looking for an experienced property administrator who wants to work part time. We need someone who can work at least 4 days a week with one day being a Friday. Hours are to suit and can be from 4 to 5 hours per day.
1. Preparing ASTs and S20 and S8 possession documentation
2. Operating a key system
3. Obtaining Property Insurance.
4. Arranging Gas, Electric and EPC certificates
5. Using excel spreadsheets
6. Accurately filing documentation in our online property files for each property.
7 Other jobs related to the management of residential properties including dealing with Utility companies, Benefit Offices and Local Authorities
You must be confident in your ability to use modern office equipment eg printers, scanners and pcs and software eg zoom, skype, excel, word, office 365 and to learn new systems as we are continually updating the software we use.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £16.00-£25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
