**Construction Administrator**

Northern Property Partners are investment experts that help our clients invest in the UK property market with ease. Our end-to-end investment strategy utilises our in-house services so that every stage of a client's investment journey is planned and delivered. With a focus on property in the North of England, we service clients across the UK and overseas. Within the Group of businesses most of our staff are active property investors themselves (& the rest are aspiring to do so) so, we speak from experience here and know it's not always easy to do it all yourselves

**What’s the job?**

Some work outside of the office may be required, as you will visit properties to record video tours of finished projects for our clients. You will also be the main lead for the maintenance work stream, this will involve working with our letting partners, receiving works through fix flow and arranging with our contractors to attend to the issues.

The role very much involves interacting with people. Whether that’s corresponding with our clients, dealing with contractors, suppliers, or arranging meetings and appointments, you will need excellent communication skills. The role is office-based, in our Head Office in Leeds. As an Administrator at NPP Developments, you will nurture excellent working relationships with all departments in the business, as well as external parties such as suppliers and contractors.

The role would best suit an experienced Administrator with an ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent organisational skills to ensure that the daily activities of an office run smoothly
- IT literacy and a working knowledge of relevant software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to cope with the multifaceted nature of the role
- The ability to use your own initiative but also work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills, as you’ll deal directly with our clients
- Excellent written skills
- Experience of working in the property or construction industry is desirable
- Must have a car and uk licence
