Minimum of 2+ years’ administration experience required preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Based in our manufacturing workshop, Unit 10B, Netherfield Road, Guiseley.

**Introduction to Jetglow**

Jetglow is an aviation business specialising in the renovation of aircraft interiors. We provide a comprehensive range of interior and exterior solutions to the commercial aviation industry; from the manufacture of aircraft parts to complete renovation services.

Since its inception in 2008, it has significantly expanded its services, increased the number and type of clients and enlarged its operational square footage to over 60,000sqft in Guiseley near Leeds.

Our overarching aim is to constantly meet increasing client demand with high quality, fast turnaround aviation manufacture, repair and refurbishment services.

We are currently looking for an experienced **part time Administration Assistant** to work from our offices situated in Guiseley near Leeds. This role will form part of the busy Workshop Operations team.

**The role**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role will encompass the following responsibilities:

- Most of our administration work is managed through our digital platform - training for usage of this system will be provided
- Completion of aviation work packs - detailed documented compliance evidence of every project which goes through our workshop with subsequent document scanning and updating our central database
- Management of consumables purchase requirements, both for the office and the workshop and liaising with our Finance Department dealing with ordering, invoicing and payments.
- Maintenance of HR records including staff training attendance records and other CAA compliance documentation
- Other general office administration duties including archiving project documentation, photocopying, filing, dealing with physical deliveries and external contractors as and when required and helping to maintain a well ordered, efficiently run administration office.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 19 per week

**Salary**: £15,000.00 per year
