At Team Support we are looking for an experienced Talent Advisor.

Address of office: Weybridge - some travel to canary wharf - Hybrid working between home and office (office is available 5 days if preference) Velocity 1, Brooklands Brooklands Drive, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0SL

Monday - Friday: 9:00 - 5:30 core hours (some flexibility)

**Job description**:

- Supporting across Talent development and Employability (grads/ apprentices)
- Data analysis and reporting across talent management, grads and apprentices
- Data cleansing on Performance System
- Shared mailbox support
- Internal website development
- Supporting and facilitating graduate assessment centres - customer facing environment
- Managing training provider relationships and apprenticeship nominations across the business
- General administration
- Working with confidential data

**Requirements**:

- Experience within a Talent Management/ Early Talent (grads/apprentices) environment
- MS skills - Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint
- Internal/ External stakeholder management
- Experience with performance/ people systems
- Confident communicator
- Good attention to detail
- Confident to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Surrey, KT13 0SL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
