Talent Advisor

My client is currently looking for an experienced talent advisor for a 6 month contract based in the Weybridge, Surrey. This role offers the option for Hybrid working with part office based and part homes based (with occasional travel to London). The idealperson will have a good understanding or Recruitment from a HR viewpoint and will have experience onboarding/enrolling apprentices and/or graduates.

Job description:

- Supporting across Talent development and Employability (grads/ apprentices)
- Data analysis and reporting across talent management, grads and apprentices
- Data cleansing on Performance System
- Shared mailbox support
- Internal website development
- Supporting and facilitating graduate assessment centres - customer facing environment
- Managing training provider relationships and apprenticeship nominations across the business
- General administration
- Working with confidential data

**Requirements**:

- Experience within a Talent Management/ Early Talent (grads/apprentices) environment
- MS skills - Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint
- Internal/ External stakeholder management
- Experience with performance/ people systems
- Confident communicator
- Good attention to detail
- Confident to work independently
