**_ The Opportunity... _**

The Global Head of the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (TACoE) will lead a team of TACoE functional leads, and be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing industry-leading TA tools, methodologies, and experiences which will enable Haleon to attract exceptional, diverse talent. The Global Head of the TACoE will lead, and own, globally strategic projects and enablement on topics including, but not limited to; talent sourcing and market intelligence, end-to-end hiring experience, process and policy design, TA technology and tools, onboarding experience design, our early talent hiring approach, and programs that accelerate our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) objectives across hiring.

**_ This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following _**
- Design and delivery of TA standards, ways of working, and capability with key measures of success linked to Haleon’s corporate strategy.
- Build and lead a team of functional experts in areas including onboarding, policy and process, tech and tools, and early talent hiring.
- Design, develop and implement best-in-class hiring experiences, putting the experiences of our customers and stakeholders at the centre of design
- Global owner of end-to-end hiring policy.
- Redefine an immersive pre and on-boarding experience that encapsulates the Haleon EVP and enables new Haleon colleagues to integrate intuitively, quickly, and experientially.
- Partner with the corporate technology team to co-create a modernised TA tech stack.
- Build innovative and scalable strategies to support agility of TA resource deployment.
- Develop a strong partnership with Leadership across People Services, Learning & Development, and Reward, amongst other collaborator groups, to ensure alignment and execution of the global TA strategy and evolving priorities.
- Be a strategic advisor to TA and business leaders across the organization to help collectively devise and deploy diverse talent strategies to achieve their talent needs and vision.

- We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:_
- A demonstrable track record delivering Talent Acquisition transformation, change management and strategic content development to deliver business impact
- Direct and indirect leadership of individuals and teams which is engaging and growth-centric
- Quantitative experience with high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience participating and leading large, cross-functional projects - identifying and driving the right strategic path forward and guiding teams to solutions
- Experience with using a variety of digital collaboration tools.
