**Paid Social Media Manager**

Procter & Gamble (P&G) is one of the world's largest advertisers, owning globally iconic brands such as Gillette, Pampers, Oral-B and Head and Shoulders.

We are working on an exciting and industry defining project to grow our UK Media Team by bringing in-house a significant proportion of our media planning and buying capability. Our**Paid Social Media Manager**role offers a unique opportunity to join this team and work on some of the biggest media budgets in the UK, building a legacy for our brands and organisation. Our ambition is to bring media even closer to our consumers to maximise return and allowus to innovate in real time.

**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**

As a Paid Social Media Manager you will be responsible for:

- Leading the paid activation across all social media platforms, managing campaigns end-to end to deliver against brand awareness and performance objectives.
- Driving insights and developing paid social strategies as part of overall digital planning.
- Leading the analysis of campaigns in real-time and on a going basis, to recommend and deliver optimisations against key metrics e.g. impressions share, quality score, conversion rate and budgets.
- Manging multi-million £ budgets and executing within all internal guidelines and controls as well as driving efficiencies.
- Building and managing relationships with external media vendors and tech partners.
- Working with the broader digital activation team to develop strategies and ensure synergies within the media mix.
- Managing, coaching & developing your direct report, the Paid Social Executive.
- Supporting innovation to remain ahead of the competition, connecting externally to stay in-touch with the latest trends.
- Working closely with multiple stakeholders (Media, Trial, Analytics & Insights) and partners to deliver a consumer-centric data strategy.

**WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU**
- Have proven experience in paid social media buying across awareness and performance campaigns with a mastery of campaign set-up, optimisation and reporting and manging large budgets.
- Are a proactive and agile leader with excellent collaboration skills, able to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to drive action.
- Can demonstrate strong strategic and analytical thinking to assess and recommend opportunities.
- Have experience or a strong passion for managing or coaching Executive level employees.
- Have mastery in biddable digital platforms e.g. for Facebook Business Manager, Tik Tok for Business, YouTube. Experience with ad serving and audit tools e.g. Flashtalking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR is advantageous.
- Are competent using Microsoft Office Package.
- Have experience with Consumer-Packaged Goods companies (although not essential).

**WHAT WE OFFER YOU**

**Head Office Location**: This role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and a free shuttle service from the station to the office. There is free on-site parkingwith access to dedicated electric vehicle charging points. There is also an on-site Costa Coffee, discounted restaurant for breakfast and lunch and a state-of-the-art gym facility.

**Flexibility**: We operate a flex at work approach, with flexibility built into the role. Our UK Media Team spend 3 days of their week collaborating together in our offices or at our external partners or customers. This is balanced with 2 oftheir days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home. Of course, we do a bit of both every day, but we encourage our teams to choose where they work based on the jobs to be done.
