Job Title: Talent Advisor

- Shift times (days and hours): Monday - Friday: 9:00 - 5:30 core hours (some flexibility)

Job description:

- Supporting across Talent development and Employability (grads/ apprentices)
- Data analysis and reporting across talent management, grads and apprentices
- Data cleansing on Performance System
- Shared mailbox support
- Internal website development
- Supporting and facilitating graduate assessment centres - customer facing environment
- Managing training provider relationships and apprenticeship nominations across the business
- General administration
- Working with confidential data

**Requirements**:

- **Experience within a Talent Management/ Early Talent (grads/apprentices) environment**:

- **MS skills - Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint**:

- **Internal/ External stakeholder management**:

- **Experience with performance/ people systems**:

- **Confident communicator**:

- **Good attention to detail**:

- **Confident to work independently**

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £15.83 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Weybridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
