**Aufgaben**:
**To support the UK business in ensuring that we develop and deliver a bespoke UK Communications Plan whilst ensuring that the Company’s corporate communications policies are adhered to fully**
- Develop and implement an (internal and external) Communications Strategy, Policy and Plan for the Company including the use of social media
- Work closely with and follow direction from our primary Corporate STRABAG SE Communications contacts based in Germany as well as the Comms teams of major projects in the UK (eg. HS2)
- Understand and develop our plans for the short, medium, and the long-term communications and help in developing our target audience
- Oversee and monitor the Company corporate design and use of the STRABAG brand
- Ensure coordination and quality control for all communications
- Drive the promotion of the Company brand in the industry
- Develop communications, including the identification of key messages and manage publications that are related to the construction industry
- Manage proactive and reactive dealings with the national and trade press, in close cooperation with Corporate Comms.
- Monitor and record the Company’s media coverage
- Initiate, create support and produce accessible content that positions the Company as a forward-thinking organisation, including press releases, social media content, articles and newsletters
- Supporting the senior management team with content for Business Development and widening the Company brand
- Analyse competitor management of communications issue

**Qualifikationen**:

- Business or related degree
- Communication or Marketing experience post degree - 3 years
- Experience providing Communications support to senior management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and capable of building strong working relationships.
- Being highly organised with excellent attention to detail is essential - including good writing and grammar skills.
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and social media
- It would be helpful if you had experience of comms in the construction industry.
- German language skills are desirable but not essential
