Role Overview

As a Communications Officer, you’ll be the cornerstone bridging our firm with a global audience. Working closely alongside our office partners, management, and an enthusiastic business development team, you’ll venture through a wide range of tasks — from refining project narratives, enhancing our presence across various media platforms and industry events, to fostering our academic and research collaborations. Qualifications

  • A blend of creative flair and solid analytical acumen.
  • Familiarity with architectural processes.
  • A strong foundation or relevant experience in architecture, design, media, journalism, or communications.
  • Proficiency in English; excellent writing skills are highly desirable.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Mailchimp.
  • Skills in video production/editing through Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro are beneficial.
  • A good understanding and proficiency with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and others.

Key Duties

  • Maintain our project archive, including graphics, texts, and fact sheets, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Develop and distribute project materials.
  • Launch project campaigns and manage press engagements.
  • Coordinate various internal and external events.
  • Build proactive relationships with the media and nurture ongoing relations with both existing and potential clients.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
  • Support academic research initiatives and educational projects.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as resource management, filing, and other clerical duties.
  • Conduct thorough market analyses to identify key industry players and innovative projects on a global scale.
  • Evaluate potential project opportunities through a strategic lens.
  • Promote and uphold RDA’s brand identity and core values.
