We are pleased to be recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator for a leading Technology company based in Hemel Hempstead, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a small and close-knit team where you will support the sales department to help raise and maintainprice supports accurately and efficiently on the system, as well as processing customer claims in a timely manner.

*Must be Intermediate to Advance Excel

The role also entails checking and submitting weekly reports to be able to create weekly sales reports for the sales team, in addition to managing/processing quarterly rebates for all product lines.

*Flexible working

8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Up to £24,000pa + Bonus and Benefits

**Responsibilities**
- Opening price support and rebate cases on the system and issuing references for the relevant customer
- Following up and ensuring that all the required claim data is received to enable closure of each reference
- Checking and uploading customer claims - querying, when necessary, with sales/customer to ensure no overpayments and ensure credits are raised quickly.
- Creating and sending out weekly shipping report to CPM and customers to provide ETA updates
- Checking and uploading weekly reports
- Creating weekly sales reports to send out to sales team
- Maintaining weekly/quarterly sales reports - adding targets, correcting issues and tracking direct shipments on data platform
- Calculating quarterly rebate values and answer any queries to ensure these are paid correctly.
- Raising and tracking

Other ad-hoc responsibilities:

- Replying to customer online queries and forwarding to correct sales/marketing person
- Setting up new starter access and channel site access for customers
- Creating quarterly/yearly sales record files when needed
- Completing price surveys
- Open report/checking budget and ad-hoc reports requested by sales

**Skills required**:

- Intermediate to excellent MS Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Extremely well organised and proactive
- Attention to detail
