We are recruiting for a well-established organisation focussed on delivering top class training and education courses, based in the heart of the Hemel Hempstead area, now recruiting for an Office Administrator role and they are very open to finding the rightperson on a full-time basis with some flexibility in working reduced hours available.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with office experience that wants to work in a diverse role, and work within a fun and small family-feel team.

This role is on a permanent basis, full training is provided and a very supportive team that you'll work alongside, but some office experience is needed, a salary of £23,000 is on offer, 32 days holiday in total, free parking on site and other benefits.
The company operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with an early finish on a Friday, the role is fully office based.
**Responsibilities**
- The role of the Administrator in this team is to provide support for all related training and education requirements.
- Deliver the highest level of customer care and call handling to all enquiries.
- Process the mail daily as and when required, ensuring that the incoming correspondence and outgoing mail are correctly logged and dealt with in accordance with current procedures.
- Provide a prompt, accurate and professional response to enquiries concerning training and courses.
- Liaise with approved training providers ensuring that all necessary arrangements for delivery of relevant training courses are put in place.
- Liaise with the accounts administrator to ensure that customers meet and adhere to the payment Terms and Conditions.
- Process all data entries as required on to the database.
- Assist in ensuring that all website content remains current and up to date.
- Previous office experience is a must
