**Responsibilities**:

- Process administrative aspects of ECO projects, including documentation, reporting, and compliance.
- Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
- Ensure timely submission of paperwork and compliance reports to regulatory authorities and utility companies.
- Serve as a main point of contact for utility companies, addressing queries and resolving issues related to ECO compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on changes to ECO regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance across all projects.
- Maintain detailed records of administrative activities, including correspondence with utility companies and regulatory agencies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on administrative best practices and ECO compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience with in the ECO scheme will be advantageous.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a compliance or regulatory environment.
- Familiarity with ECO schemes and related regulations is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in paperwork and documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in the energy or sustainability sector is an advantage.
