General Operative
- Operate the equipment as trained.
- Report any equipment issues to the management and maintenance team immediately.
- Maintain the working environment to the recognized acceptable standards at all times.
- Ensure the daily performance and stoppage reports are completed accurately and returned as required.
- Ensure the KPI (key performance Indicator) targets are met and where possible surpassed.
- Work collaboratively with the team including colleagues from all shifts.
- Show flexibility by working on multiple areas when asked to undergo the relevant training.

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

Requirements of Role:

- Experience working within the waste recycling industry (desirable)
- Experience in one of the following disciplines (desirable)
- Extrusion operative
- Wash line Operative
- Baler Operative
- Sorting line Operative (Picking)
- FLT loading containers
- FLT clamp truck operative
- Bobcat or bucket shovel driver
- Excellent English, written and oral (essential)

Day Shifts

Perm Work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.40 per hour
